Here, you can find answers for some of the frequently asked questions that you may have about our welding services.

CAN YOU WELD ALUMINUM?

Yes. We have a spool-o-matic MIG welder that is portable. If it is aluminum, we can weld it. There are times when aluminum is blended or mixed with "white metal", so sometimes the weld will not adhere properly. If you are unsure, call us anyways, we would be happy to have a look and see what we can do!
IT’S JUST A "QUICK WELD." DO YOU WORK ON LITTLE JOBS LIKE THAT?

Yes, we can! Call us to discuss.
WE LIVE OUT IN THE COUNTRY; DO WE HAVE TO BRING OUR EQUIPMENT IN TO WORK ON?

No way! We can come to you! Our trucks are 100% portable. No problem! We have driven as far as Yellowknife, NWT for a job and have even welded in Mexico (mind you that was for humanitarian aid but we will travel!)
WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY?

We come ready to weld! There is no added cost for rods, oxy cutting fuel, or "shop supplies". We do however charge for materials, including plate, angle iron, and square tubing.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T HAVE ANY MATERIAL FOR THE JOB?

If you need material, we can bring it with us. We only charge for the material supplied. And if there are parts that you need from town, we can pick them up and bring them with us if you like!
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, cheque, visa, and MasterCard. We can also allow for 30 days payment, if you are a client!
I'M BROKE DOWN ON THE WEEKEND AND HOW DO I GET A HOLD OF YOU?

We keep our cell phones on 24/7 and can assist you as best as possible after hours depending on our availability. If we don't answer right away, please leave a message! We will get back to you at our earliest convenience!
YOU DIDN’T ANSWER YOUR PHONE! WHERE ARE YOU?

Because we are the welders, we can’t always answer the phone. Sometimes we are out of cell phone service, or we are helping another client, and sometimes there isn’t a ringtone annoying enough to hear in some of the places we work. Please be patient! If you leave a message, we will call you back!
I HAVE A BROKEN SOMETHING OR ANOTHER, AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IT’S WELDABLE. HOW CAN I SHOW IT TO YOU?
